Suzanne held senior positions in the pharmaceutical industry and in management consulting. From being an HR Business Partner, to leading a region for an international human resources consulting firm (Right Management Consultants), Suzanne has a broad business background and has worked with hundreds of leaders to maximize their performance and that of their teams. Her experiences allow her to know the inner workings of corporations, the challenges of business and how to maximize the contributions of leaders, individual contributors and team members in a business environment.

Suzanne has extensive coaching, team development and facilitation experience working with senior leaders and teams to influence organizational culture, and has done so on a global basis in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, finance, manufacturing and service firms. Current and past clients include Alexion, Bristol Myers Squibb, Carl Zeiss, Celgene, Daiichi Sankyo, Genentech, Regeneron, International Flavors & Fragrances and Moore Capital.

Suzanne has worked extensively with senior leadership teams to integrate new leaders as well as new senior team members. She helps them define their purpose, collective work product and operating agreements to increase their effectiveness as a senior team. Frequently she works with teams composed of MDs, PhDs and highly trained scientific professionals.

Clients have described Suzanne as having a strong ability to quickly relate with individuals, helping them to become comfortable and willing to participate within a very short period of time. She does this with humor, knowledge and excellent facilitation skills. She is also known for her ability to diagnose a situation and develop on-target interventions, exercises and activities to positively impact the outcome. She creates an environment where individuals can openly express their opinions, especially when working in a group setting.

Her coaching philosophy is to approach each client in a non-judgmental fashion and tailor her approach according to the client’s needs and goals. Her coaching style is to provide direct and candid feedback, yet deliver it with empathy and care so her client can ‘hear’ it. She asks great facilitative questions, listens intently and helps to diagnose critical areas for success. She then works together with her clients to encourage them to take accountability and achieve effective outcomes and desired results.

Suzanne is an organizational development consultant, executive coach and culture change expert with a strong ability to interface with all levels in a wide variety of organizations. Her diverse and broad range expertise also includes: devising and designing innovative culture change efforts, leadership and talent management solutions, as well as the development of teams at the senior level.

She is a member of the Adjunct Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, a Board Certified Leadership Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education and an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She holds a B.S. from Mercy College.
