Executive Coach and Organization Development Consultant
Linda is a passionate Executive Coach and Organization Development Consultant. Prior to becoming an external consultant, she was Vice President, Management Development, at Prudential. Previous roles include various management and internal consulting positions at Prudential, Nabisco, and Verizon.
She has over 25 years of experience in developing executive leaders and improving and organizational effectiveness. She has been coaching global leaders since 1994, first as an internal coach and then since 2002 as an external coach. She has worked with large, mid-size, and small companies in varied industries, with a focus on leveraging strengths and identifying strategies to increase effectiveness, she incorporates assessment, feedback, and action planning to assist executives in reaching their goals and attaining lasting improvements in their leadership efforts. She is particularly effective in helping leaders address style issues (e.g., collaboration, conflict management, EQ, +/- assertiveness) that impact their own effectiveness and that of their teams, and become better leaders of their teams (e.g., setting vision/strategy, empowering/delegating, developing/coaching) to bring about maximum results.
Linda has successfully coached over 500 senior leaders across the full range of potential coaching situations, including new leader assimilation, coaching high potential leaders as well as seasoned executives, and working with leaders to create turn-arounds.
In addition to executive coaching, her areas of expertise include organizational assessment/development, team building and multi-rater feedback. She has: – Developed and facilitated over 100 leadership team development sessions, focusing on everaging style differences – through MBTI, DiSC, and others; managing conflict; setting ground-rules; enhancing trust and communication; creating vision/strategy; or identifying goals, roles, etc.), resulting in stronger team performance.- Designed and delivered effective workshops/learning events in areas such as coaching, performance management, behavioral interviewing and career development.
Linda received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has certifications in a number of assessment and 360-degree feedback tools, including Hogan Assessments, Leadership Versatility Index, CCL Benchmarks, and PDI Profilor. She has worked with companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, professional services, not-for-profit, and others.
